Safety Standards
Built-In Safety at Every Level
Safety is engineered into the STENdeck X system from component design to field assembly, not bolted on after the fact.
The Multihead sits at the top of every prop and is where the stringers and deck beams rest, tying the shoring posts and the formwork together. It is a drop head, which means it lowers with a single strike of its wedge to release the deck for stripping while the posts stay standing in place. One head solves it all, combining four functions:
- Anti-roll safety spring and STENlock clip on the multihead.
- Automatic safety catch built into the heads.
- Handrail fitting integrated into every beam
- OSHA-compliant guardrail posts stay in place after the pour.
